We are seeking a Pediatrician to join our team in Springville, AL.

* Four days (32 hours) per week, 8am-5pm
* September - May, rotating Saturdays from 8am-12pm (4 hours off during regular the week so total hours don't change)
* Outpatient Only
* Average 25 patients per day
* Call equally rotated
* Children's of Alabama PHIL line takes after hours call (occasionally need to reach one of the providers)
* Team: one physician and five NPs
* Each provider has their own MA, plus one float
* RN assists with telephone triage and medication refills
* Four receptionists
* Office Manager overseas day-to-day operations of the practice
* EMR Azalea Health

**Compensation & Benefits**

* $200k Base salary guaranteed. Our bonus structure is production based and comes into play when provider is seeing, on average, more than 20 patients per day.
