**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p
- Call: Shared call rotation
- Weekday call approximately one weekday every 9 days
- Weekend call approximately one weekend every 9–10 weeks
- Call is 24-hour beeper call with first-call nurse support until 2:00a

**Clinical Details**
- Practice Setting: Outpatient with inpatient consults and hospital rounds
- Daily Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
- Scope of Practice: Hematology and medical oncology, new consults and follow-ups
- Responsibilities include patient exams, treatment planning and administration, supportive care, symptom management, hospital rounding, care coordination, and documentation
- Support Staff: 1 RN and 1 MA per physician
- Multidisciplinary oncology environment with infusion services, specialty pharmacy, and ancillary support onsite
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Completed fellowship in Hematology/Oncology
- Active Oklahoma license or IMLC accepted
- ACLS, ATLS, and BLS required
- Case logs with ICD-10 coding covering the past 12 months required at submission
- Ability to participate equally in shared call rotation
- Clean background and acceptable malpractice history

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
