Schedule: 40 hours/week
Rate: $3,184/40-hours
Requirements:
- Active RN license (state-specific as required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Perioperative OR experience required
- Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
- Current BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily OR operations and staff assignments
- Provide direct perioperative patient care as needed
- Ensure adherence to surgical safety protocols and infection control standards
- Serve as clinical resource and support for OR nursing staff
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain case flow
- Assist with scheduling, case coordination, and management of emergency situations
