Requirements:
- Current RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in LTC or skilled nursing.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or clinical education preferred.
- BLS required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) as appropriate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and training for nursing staff.
