Locum Tenens Cardiologist (Outpatient) — Marshfield, WI, BC/BE, ASAP–Ongoing

Join a Marshfield, WI outpatient cardiology team on a locum tenens basis to provide supplemental clinical coverage starting ASAP and continuing on an ongoing basis. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 3–4 weeks per month. Patient volume averages 20–30 per day.

Clinical scope and support

• Provide general outpatient cardiology care and non-invasive procedures, including transthoracic echocardiography, transesophageal echo (TEE), and nuclear cardiology (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc.).
• Supervise and teach residents as part of the clinical team.
• Work with a multidisciplinary support staff: 6 APPs, 7 MAs, 4 RNs, and 10 office staff.
• EMR: Cerner.
• Trauma designation: Level II.

Logistics and privileges

• Temporary privileges available; hospital privileges required.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Cardiology.
• Active Wisconsin medical license or willingness to obtain.
