Contract RN — Correctional Medicine (Night Shift) — North Prince George, VA

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a North Prince George, VA facility on a 9-week contract. This is a local, non-travel assignment starting ASAP with a night shift schedule (06:30 PM–07:00 AM) covering all seven days as scheduled. Compensation is $1,775 for a 36-hour week.

What you’ll need

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license in your state
• BLS certification

What you’ll be doing

• Provide and coordinate nursing care: plan and implement care, administer medications, and collect specimens for testing.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and interventions, document progress, and update care plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, assist with procedures, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Deliver patient and family education and document teaching and responses.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment—ensure order, supervise patient conduct, and follow facility policies.
• Take on other duties as assigned by management.

• Duration: 9 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 06:30 PM–07:00 AM (Sun–Sat as scheduled)
