Experienced CRNA – Locum Tenens (Greensboro, NC) | 13-Week, Travel/Lodging/Malpractice Covered

Locum tenens opportunity in Greensboro, NC covering inpatient and outpatient settings from April 13, 2026 to October 16, 2026 (13-week contract, full-time). Schedule is 4–5 shifts per week (options: 3x12, 4x10, or 5x8) with required flexibility; standard shifts typically 7:00–15:00 or 7:00–17:00. Coverage needed Mondays and Fridays; optional call available.

Patient & case mix

• Adult and mixed-age patients (no pediatrics at one facility).
• Variable volume by site.
• Broad surgical caseload: general, ortho, urology, GYN, vascular, thoracic, neuro, and trauma.
• NORA coverage includes IR, EP, endoscopy, and MRI.

Facility & support

• Facilities support Level I and II trauma services.
• EMR: Epic.
• Equipment: Dräger anesthesia machines and Philips monitors.
• Multispecialty surgical backup with available anesthesiologists, CRNAs, anesthesia techs, and nursing staff.

Requirements & compliance

• Active NC CRNA license or participation in IMLC.
• Board-certified CRNA.
• ACLS and PALS required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience; no new graduates.
• Hospital privileges required; credentialing typically 60–90 days.
• Must be able to float between sister facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general anesthesia for inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures.
• Provide anesthesia support in NORA locations.
• Collaborate with anesthesiology teams under medical direction.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation in Epic.
• Remain flexible with scheduling and site assignments.
