• Rate: $130–$145/hour

What you’ll do

• Deliver a full range of dental services, from routine exams to complex restorative and surgical procedures.
• Supervise and collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists, maintaining high clinical standards.
• Oversee sterilization and infection control processes specific to a mobile clinic environment.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations (VA standards, HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission).
• Coordinate referrals and care with other medical teams when treatments fall outside the mobile clinic’s scope.
• Safely drive and operate the mobile dental clinic, following traffic laws and safety protocols.

What we’re looking for

• DMD or DDS from an ADA-accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Vermont dental license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ full-time dentist experience.
• BLS/CPR (AHA) certification.
• Current, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license and ability to operate a mobile dental clinic (commercial license not required).
