- Experience in emergency, mental health, or case management nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- BLS required; ACLS or psychiatric certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients in ED and mental health settings.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and families on treatment, resources, and follow-up care.
- Document care accurately and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
