Travel RN – ED & Mental Health Case Manager | Tuba City, AZ | $2,844/week (40h)

Join a team in Tuba City, AZ as a contract Registered Nurse supporting emergency, mental health, and case management services. This position starts ASAP and follows a Sunday–Saturday schedule, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pay is $2,844 for a 40-hour week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Triage, assess, and monitor patients in both the ED and behavioral health settings.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and necessary interventions.
• Create and coordinate individualized care plans that address medical and psychosocial needs.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, available resources, and follow-up care.
• Accurately document care and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Clinical experience in emergency nursing, mental health, or case management is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and solid organizational skills.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and/or psychiatric nursing certifications are a plus.
