Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Clinical Focus: ~99% direct patient care, ~1% administrative

Practice Overview:
Provide comprehensive clinical gastroenterology services, including the full range of colonoscopy and esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) procedures. Phone consults are required. Hospital privileges are required; temporary privileges are available. EMR: CPRS. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.

Procedures (examples):

• Colonoscopy: diagnostic, with/without biopsy, polyp/tumor removal by snare, ablation, control of bleeding, colostomy colonoscopy, submucosal procedures
• EGD: diagnostic, with/without biopsy, polyp/tumor removal by hot forceps or snare, variceal banding, control of bleeding

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (any State, Territory, or Commonwealth)
• Board certified in Internal Medicine with subspecialty in Gastroenterology
• Minimum 2 years of GI experience
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA)
• DEA certificate and NPI
• Physicians with any history of license restriction, suspension, revocation, voluntary surrender pending action, or denial will not be considered for this contract
