Join a team in Spokane, Washington as a General Surgeon covering inpatient surgical services with the potential to transition into a long-term contract. You’ll primarily be in the operating room Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with rounding as part of your routine. This role is clinical-focused (approximately 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative duties).

• Schedule: OR surgical cases, Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Rounding required
• EMR: CPRS
• Hospital privileges: required (temporary privileges available)
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided

• Call schedule/format, call ratio, response time and callback percentage
• Patient demographics, volume, admissions, and phone consult expectations
• Number of ORs, beds in department, trauma level, support staff, specialty backup, and office equipment
• Number of physicians in practice

Basic requirements:

• Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Surgery
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• DEA license and NPI

Important eligibility note: Physicians with any history of license restriction, suspension, revocation, voluntary surrender or revocation pending action, or license denial will not be considered for this contract.
