  • Plastic Surgery: ASAP – Jul 15; Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (no weekends)
• Patient volume: Breast TBD; Plastics typically 1–10 patients/day with ~1 surgery/day
• Admissions: ~1 (Plastics)
• Rounding: Yes
• Procedures: surgical care, suturing, OR assist, post-op care
• Facility resources: 10 exam rooms (Facility 2), onsite lab and X-ray, Epic EMR
• Privileges: Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided

Team and support

• Physicians in practice: 4
• Breast team support: 5 NP/PAs, RNs, MAs, scheduler
• Plastics team support: 3 NP/PAs, RNs, MAs, scheduler, front desk
• Providers must be highly responsive with documentation and paperwork

Requirements

• Active Washington license
• Board Certified
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
