We’re seeking a Hematology & Oncology physician to provide supplemental outpatient coverage in Pontiac, Michigan from January 19 to July 31, 2026. This locum tenens assignment is primarily clinical with call responsibilities and runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Patient panels average 15–20 per clinic day, and you’ll have support from an APP, oncology RNs, medical assistants, a social worker, dietitian and nurse navigator. Onsite services include an infusion center and CBC testing, and you’ll participate in tumor board meetings. Cerner is the EMR.
What’s included: travel, lodging and malpractice coverage.
Requirements: active Michigan medical license; BC/BE in Medical Oncology & Hematology; BLS and ACLS certification; NPDB report; must be local to the area.
Shift details: outpatient clinic Monday/Wednesday/Friday; call schedule to be determined.
