Weekend Requirements: Rotating Weekends as needed (2-3 per month)

Rate: $2,456/40-hours

Requirements:

2+ year Nursing experience
6 months of Home Health experience
Travel experience
Active and clear driver's license and car insurance
Hawaii license
Homecare Home Base and OASIS
COVID and FLU vaccine
Bachelor's degree - preferred
Case Manager experience - preferred
Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)
Hawaii license
