RN - Home Health (Days) — Local IL Contract, $2,224/40-hr, ASAP, No Weekends

Position: Registered Nurse — Home Health (Contract/Travel)
Location: New Lenox, IL
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (8-hr shift). No weekends.
Rate: $2,224 per 40 hours

Key responsibilities (home health focus):

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and OASIS documentation (preferred).
• Coordinate care and communicate with the agency and interdisciplinary team.

Required qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN license.
• Home Health experience required; will consider strong Med-Surg RNs with some Home Health experience.
• OASIS and start-of-care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
• Up-to-date COVID vaccination card/status.
• Provide copy of agency’s Illinois nursing license.
