Join a growing, nonprofit health system in Pocatello, Idaho, as an outpatient Internal Medicine physician caring for adult patients. This full-time, permanent role is clinic-based with no inpatient admissions or rounding. You’ll focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, continuity primary care, and follow-ups, working with an established outpatient panel.

Schedule & Start

• Choose either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Start date is negotiable.

Team, Tools & Workplace

• Practice in a well-supported outpatient clinic within an integrated health system.
• Full clinical and administrative support staff are provided.
• Electronic medical record system is used across the health system.
• Easy access to specialty backup when needed.
• You’ll report to the Clinic Medical Director and health system leadership.
• Opening exists due to practice growth and community demand.

Qualifications & Compliance

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; completion of an Internal Medicine residency required.
• Must have or be eligible for an Idaho medical license.
• BLS certification required.
• Active or eligible DEA registration required.
• Visa sponsorship not specified.
• Commitment to team-based care and long-term patient relationships expected.

Compensation & Benefits

• Nationally competitive base salary with no-cap productivity and quality-based bonuses.
