Required qualifications

• ICU, PCU, or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Critical care specialty certifications preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Core responsibilities

• Continuously assess and monitor patient condition and vital signs
• Safely administer medications, blood products, and advanced interventions
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and recovery
• Accurately document care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team
