Join a team in Sitka, AK as a full-time Registered Nurse specializing in infection prevention and control. This day-shift role starts ASAP and is ideal for an RN who enjoys combining clinical insight with program development to keep patients and staff safe.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of infection prevention and control programs.
• Perform surveillance, audits, and investigations when infections or outbreaks occur.
• Teach and coach staff on infection control policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure the facility meets local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to reduce infection risks and improve patient outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in infection prevention, epidemiology, or quality management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• BLS required; CIC (Certification in Infection Control) is preferred.
