Other Info: - Case Logs: current competence & evidence of performance of at least 200 therapeutic ERCP procedures, 40 sphincterotomies & 10 stent placements in the past 12 months or completion of training in the past 12 months.

Requirements:

Active OK License or IMLC
BC/BE
Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited fellowship in GI w/ training in ERCP
ACLS
Case Logs (must include ProVation or a GI system; distinct & separate patient case logs for both ECU & ERCP, specifically for the past 12 months)
