Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in inpatient or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• BLS required; other certifications as required by unit (e.g., ACLS, PALS) preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and verbal/written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient status and responses to treatment.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other care team members.
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, discharge planning, and self-care.
• Participate in unit safety, infection control, and quality improvement activities.
