Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BSN preferred; clinical informatics training a plus
• Minimum 5 years clinical healthcare experience
• Minimum 2 years experience with clinical information systems/EHRs
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinical and IT teams
• Willingness to travel (~10%) and provide occasional off-hours support

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and optimize EHR and ancillary clinical applications
• Configure clinical content: orders, documentation, medications, labs, radiology, codes
• Train and support end users via classroom, one-on-one, and virtual delivery
• Create and maintain training materials and job aids
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with IT, Help Desk, and clinical stakeholders
• Evaluate and standardize clinical workflows across sites
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, implementations, and go-live support
