Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BSN preferred; clinical informatics training a plus.
- Minimum 5 years clinical healthcare experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience with clinical information systems / EHRs.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across clinical and IT teams.
- Willingness to travel (~10%) and provide occasional off-hours support.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain EHR and ancillary clinical applications.
- Configure and optimize clinical content (orders, documentation, medications, labs, radiology, codes).
- Train and support end users through classroom, one-on-one, and virtual methods.
- Develop and maintain training materials and job aids.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with IT, Help Desk, and clinical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and standardize clinical workflows across sites.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, implementations, and go-live support.
