Shift: Nights, 7p–7a (36-hour pay period)
Rate: $1,724 / 36 hours

Required qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Prior obstetrics or labor & delivery experience preferred
• Current BLS; ACLS and NRP preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Core responsibilities

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs and labor progression
• Provide direct care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period
• Administer medications and interventions per orders and protocol
• Educate and support patients and families on childbirth and newborn care
• Accurately document care, status changes, and interventions in the medical record
• Communicate patient status and collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary staff
