Overview:
Join a multidisciplinary team as a Registered Nurse on a 13‑week contract in Pembroke, NC. This role involves delivering direct patient care, participating in treatment planning, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in a fast-paced setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, including medication administration and specimen collection.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and document progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on treatment plans and assist with procedures as needed.
• Maintain thorough, timely medical records including assessments, interventions, and patient/family education.
• Promote and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; supervise patient conduct and uphold unit standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
