Required qualifications:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Primary responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per policy.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and document changes in condition.
• Accurately record all nursing activities, assessments, interventions, patient education, and progress in the medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with clinical procedures as needed.
• Prepare and maintain patient records and related documentation.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; ensure order and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
