Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license for the practicing state
• BLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments; obtain and process specimens for testing
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, document findings, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Accurately document nursing activities, assessments, patient education, and progress in medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; monitor and supervise patient conduct
• Complete other duties as assigned by management
