Requirements:

• Valid, active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to orders.
• Obtain, label, and send specimens for testing.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments; document findings, interventions, and patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed.
• Prepare, maintain, and update accurate medical records and nursing documentation, including patient education.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment; monitor and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
