Required credentials:

• Active Registered Nurse license in state of practice
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and collect specimens for testing per protocol.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, initiate interventions, and document patient status and response to care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members; assist with procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records including assessments, interventions, and patient education.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; enforce facility policies and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
