Contract (non-travel) Registered Nurse position in Lebanon, NH. Start: ASAP. Duration: 14 weeks. Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tue, 07:00 AM–07:30 PM. Rate: Local: $1,418 per 36 hours.

Required credentials:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; administer medications and collect specimens for testing
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments, deliver interventions, and document progress and education in the medical record
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assist with procedures, and maintain accurate clinical records
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment; maintain order and supervise patient conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
