Registered Nurse (RN) — Long Term Care, Lebanon NH (14-week Contract)

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join a team in Lebanon, NH for a 14-week contract (non-travel) starting ASAP. This role follows a rotating schedule of Sundays, Mondays, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Compensation for local candidates is $1,418 per 36-hour week.

What you’ll bring

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• Current BLS certification

What you’ll do

• Plan and deliver nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs, including medication administration and specimen collection.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments, implement appropriate interventions, and document progress.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team, assist with procedures, and keep patient records current.
• Document all nursing activities thoroughly — assessments, education, interventions, and any changes in condition.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by promoting order, supervising patient conduct, and addressing safety concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
