Rate: Local: $1,418 / 36 hours

Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document interventions and progress.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing activities, assessments, and patient education.
• Ensure a safe therapeutic environment, maintain order, and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
