Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments, intervene as needed, and document progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and assist with procedures
• Prepare and maintain accurate medical records, including assessments and patient education
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment, supervise patient conduct, and preserve order
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
