Required qualifications

• Valid, active Registered Nurse license for the state of New Mexico
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document interventions and outcomes
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per policy
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on treatment plans and assist with procedures as needed
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records; document assessments, nursing activities, education, and progress
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; ensure order and supervise patient conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
