Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, initiate interventions, and document progress
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team; assist with procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records including assessments, interventions, and patient education
• Ensure a safe therapeutic environment; monitor and supervise patient conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
