Contract RN – Long-Term Care (Keene, NH)

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a Keene, NH team on a 10-week contract. This role starts ASAP and follows a consistent Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. This is a local, non-travel contract position with a 36-hour weekly rate of $1,418.

What we need from you:

• Current, active Registered Nurse license for the state.
• BLS certification.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and deliver nursing care, administer medications, and collect specimens for testing.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, implement interventions, and document progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assist with procedures, and keep accurate patient records.
• Provide patient education and document teaching as part of the medical record.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, manage patient conduct, and support unit orderliness.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
