Requirements

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of New Hampshire
• BLS certification

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments; initiate interventions and document responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate medical records, including assessments, nursing notes, and patient education.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
