LPN/LVN - Long Term Care (Contract, Clovis NM) 8-Week Nights, 36 hrs/week

Join a Clovis, NM facility as a Licensed Practical Nurse on a contract (non-travel) assignment starting ASAP for 8 weeks. Schedule: Sun, Fri, Sat, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM. Local rate: $1,242/36 hours.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted LPN license for the state of practice
• BLS certification

Overview:
Provide hands-on nursing care under RN or physician direction, delivering safe, patient-centered services across medical-surgical duties and basic emergency response. You will perform assessments, implement individualized care plans, administer medications and IV therapy, manage wounds and catheters, collect specimens, and monitor and document vital signs and clinical changes. Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care; promote preventive health measures; and uphold infection control and medication safety standards. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, may supervise CNAs/UAPs when assigned, and participate in continuing education. Additional duties as assigned by management.
