Night Shift RN – Long Term Care (7‑week Contract, $1,260/36 hrs)

Join a healthcare team in Las Cruces, NM for a 7-week contract (non-travel) opportunity starting ASAP. This role works evenings/nights: 06:00 PM–06:30 AM. Compensation: $1,260 per 36-hour period.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of New Mexico
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care tailored to patient needs.
• Administer medications and collect specimens for diagnostic testing.
• Perform ongoing assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assist with procedures, and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Provide patient education and ensure documentation of all nursing activities in the medical record.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, enforce unit standards, and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
