JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: BLS or ACLS
- Experience: Recent graduates up to four years or experienced providers accepted
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient nephrology care
- Manage dialysis therapies and kidney replacement treatments
- Participate in on-call coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Perform consultative services and procedures within granted privileges
- Document all care in the electronic health record and comply with agency policies
- Any other duties as assigned
