Night RN – Long-Term Care (Wrangell AK) | Full-Time, LTC/SNF Focus & Resident-Centered Care

Join a close-knit team in Wrangell, AK, as a full-time night shift RN caring for residents in a long-term care setting. We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled nurse who enjoys working with older adults and supporting a resident-centered approach to care.

What you’ll do:

• Assess and monitor resident conditions, responding quickly to changes in status.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
• Keep accurate documentation and ensure care meets LTC regulatory standards.
• Explain care plans and health goals to residents and their families.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and improve resident care.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in your practicing state.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and hands-on caregiving skills.
• BLS certification required; additional geriatric or LTC certifications are a plus.
