Rate: $2,052 / 36 hours

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state
• Minimum 1 year Med-Surg and/or Emergency Department experience preferred
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to function in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with EMR systems and accurate clinical documentation
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC may be required by facility
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, monitor changes, and document care accurately
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments; provide post-op and wound care
• Triage patients, respond to emergencies, and perform rapid assessments/interventions
• Manage trauma, cardiac, and critically ill patients per emergency protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Provide patient and family education, including discharge instructions
• Maintain infection control practices, operate clinical equipment, and ensure patient safety
