Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (depending on patient population)
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely
• Accurately document care and report changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on care plans and self-management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
