Travel Medical-Surgical RN (Lake Geneva, WI)

Join a supportive team in Lake Geneva, WI, as a Medical-Surgical RN on a contract/travel assignment. This is an immediate-start, day-shift role (6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.) offering $2,052 for a 36-hour workweek.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform regular assessments and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Accurately document care and promptly communicate any changes in patient status to the care team.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and self-management strategies.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational abilities, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on patient population.
