Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical Nights | St. Johnsbury, VT (12-hr Nights)

Join a team in St. Johnsbury, VT, as a bedside RN on a contract/travel assignment covering 7p–7a night shifts. This role starts ASAP and pays $2,573 per 48-hour pay period.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform focused assessments and monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs throughout your shift.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and other clinical interventions.
• Keep clear, timely documentation and promptly communicate any changes in condition to the care team.
• Provide patient- and family-centered education about care plans, medications, and self-care after discharge.
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other disciplines to coordinate and optimize patient care.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll be practicing.
• Medical-surgical experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred depending on the patient population.
