Travel Medical-Surgical RN (York, ME) — Contract, 7a/7p Shifts

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a medical-surgical team in York, ME on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This role offers varied shifts (evening and day options) and a competitive pay rate.

What you’ll be working:

• Schedule: 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. or 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
• Shift type: Varied
• Rate: $2,052 per 36-hour assignment
• Location: York, ME
• Start date: ASAP

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, solid organizational skills, and effective communication.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on the patient population.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing assessments and monitor patient condition and vital signs.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Accurately document care and promptly communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education about care plans and health management.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient care.
