Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on patient population
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient condition and vital signs on a regular basis
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and per protocol
• Accurately document care and promptly communicate changes in patient status to the healthcare team
• Provide patient and family education on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care
