Minimum requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on patient population
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, organizational, and communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing assessment and monitoring of patient condition and vital signs
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions
• Accurately document care and promptly report clinical changes to the healthcare team
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and self-management
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
