Join a busy endoscopy team in Lansing, MI as a locum CRNA supporting both inpatient and outpatient care. This role is clinical only and provides supplemental coverage starting January 2026 through the summer on an ongoing basis. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

What you’ll be doing

Independently provide monitored anesthesia care (MAC) in a dedicated endoscopy center.
Manage an average caseload of 10–16 adult and geriatric patients per day.
Cover EGD and colonoscopy procedures, including biopsies when needed.
Work autonomously as the solo CRNA on cases with support from dedicated endoscopy center staff.
Document care in Epic.

Requirements

Active Michigan license or willingness to obtain one.
AANA board certified (BC).
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Comfortable and experienced practicing independently.
Local candidates only (local/mileage reimbursement).

Additional details

No trauma designation and no pain management cases.
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.
Reliable providers preferred for supplemental coverage.
