Occupational Therapist (Outpatient) — Days | West Branch, MI

Seeking a full-time outpatient Occupational Therapist to join our West Branch, MI team. Position begins ASAP. Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (8-hour day); weekend coverage required.

Key qualifications and requirements:

• Valid NBCOT certification/OTR license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) — obtain within 1 month of hire or transfer
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy (or equivalent). More than 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Completion of My Michigan Health and affiliate-specific orientation and new hire competency
• Mandatory annual OSHA training per Exposure Control Plan
• Ability to work where exposure to communicable diseases is possible and to use personal protective equipment correctly
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills for individual and group interactions
• Demonstrated ability to work independently; strong problem-solving, organizational, time-management skills and initiative
• Ability to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodation
• Ability to demonstrate and teach treatment routines to professional and non‑professional staff
• AOTA membership preferred
